30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the skirt must be unused, unworn except for a careful indoor fit check, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging.
How to request a return

Return shipping costs
For a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs to France. When an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by our error, Urbnspirit is responsible for the return shipping costs. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If helpful, include photographs so we can assess the problem and agree the appropriate resolution with you. The ordinary change-of-mind condition and packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
There is no restocking fee. Once your refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
