Where we deliver
We offer delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. There is no minimum order value.
Order cutoff & working days
Our daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a working day enter the handling-time calculation that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on excluded holidays enter the calculation on the next working day.
Handling time
Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 working days before dispatch. This is separate from time in transit.
Transit & estimated delivery
After dispatch, Standard Shipping takes an estimated 3–4 working days. Combined handling and transit time is approximately 4–6 working days, calculated from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Carrier disruption, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
